The Yellow Brick Road starts in Budd Lake
Come take a trip down the Yellow Brick Road with Dorothy, the Scarecrow, the Tinman the Cowardly Lion, Glinda the Good Witch and a NOT Scary at all, Silly Bad Witch and of course the Wizard of Oz in a truly wonderful musical for children. The Wizard of Oz opens at the Pax Amicus Castle Theatre in Budd Lake at 10:00am on Thursday, July 10.
Other performance dates are Saturdays July 19 and 26 at 11:00 am and selected weekdays at 10:00 am; July 10 through August 1st. All seats are $12.00. Reservations may be made by calling the box office at 973-691-2100. Pax Amicus offers group discounts to day-cares, nurseries, private and public schools, scouts and camps.
Castle Casting Call:
Pax Amicus Castle Theatre in Budd Lake will hold an open cast call on Thursday; July 10 at 7:00 pm and again on Saturday; July 12 at 1:00 pm for "All I Really Need to Know I Learned in Kindergarten". Based on the book by Robert Fulgham, these stories celebrate our very existence, from the whimsy of childhood to the wisdom of old age.
Seeking 3 men and 2 women for this heartwarming, funny show. "Kindergarten" is directed by Paul Kelly and performs Friday, September 5 and Saturdays, September 6, 13 and 20.
