WEATHER FORECASTING IS FUN!
In early April, fourth graders at the Allamuchy Township School were "weather forecasters for a day" as part of their study of weather in science. Students had a choice to create a 5-Day Forecast on poster board or on the computer to show up on the Smartboard. They were able to forecast from any location on the globe. Among the choices were Sidney, Australia, Miami, Florida and Honolulu, Hawaii. The presentations were video taped. The students were dressed up and had weather props to go along with their presentation. Allamuchy Township School is committed to providing high quality educational and community service experiences for all of our students.
