April Arts will blossom this spring to support Arts Council

Watch gifted artists at work for a unique benefit experience. On Saturday, April 5, starting at 5pm, the Arts Council of the Morris Area will host its spectacular April Arts benefit at the elegant Washington Office Center, 44 Whippany Rd., Morristown. The event begins with its signature reception where guests have the opportunity to watch the 18 outstanding NJ artists complete their original artworks. These newly finished works will then be auctioned, with proceeds going to support the programs and services provided by the Arts Council of the Morris Area. After the auction, guests and artists will attend dinners in the gracious homes of selected hosts/hostesses in the area.
Working in diverse styles, the participating artists include Jamie Allen, Suzie Bethke, Maria de Mos, Mark de Mos, Susan Donnell, Peggy Dressel, Pam Gosner, Annette Adrian Hanna, Joan Hierholzer, Chris Kappmeier, Neil Marrero, Linda Kohl Orton, Elissa Prystauk, Gil Riou, Debbie Seymour, Ed Sprafkin, David Thompson, Mary Ann Viola, Ruth Wilson, and Fran Wood. Dawn Dupak and Joen Ferrari are co-chairing the April Arts Committee which is working closely with Gloria Ortiz, ACMA's Director of Development and a Committee made up of David Clair, Eve Costopoulos, Dick Eger, and Annette Adrian Hanna.
